Return Policy

- ALL DECLINING ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED 5 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF ORDER IS RECEIVED.

- If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled. Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within the same day the order is placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion

- All sales are not subject to a refund. Only store credit will be issued.

Shipping Policy

Typically, orders placed by 11:00 AM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holiday) are shipped same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST or on holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

In the case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment may be delayed up to 3 business days for in stock items. If your order is urgent, please make a special request by leaving us a comment at checkout or via email/phone call. We will do our best to grant your request and send out your order as soon as possible.

Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
