Return Policy

You have 7 Days from the delivered date to initiate a return or file a claim for any manufactured defects. Returns must be shipped back to the same Ship From location. Customers are responsible for return costs, we do not refund any shipping costs.

Once payment is received, we will process and ship out within 24-48 Hours. Once we ship, transit time is about 4-7 Business Days. Please consider cushioning any dates in case of any courier delays due to weather or holiday. Most of our customers will receive their order within 1 Week to 2 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

NO CANCELLATION ONCE AN ORDER IS PROCESSED. Once we process your order and payment has been authorized, we will not accept any cancellations. To cancel prior to an order being processed, please send us a message ASAP through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the hour and same day the order was placed. If you choose to still cancel once an order has been processed and authorized for payment, this will require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
