Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

1.In general, all sales are considered final. All claims and returns must be received in the original packaging, in unworn and untried-on condition.
All returns or claims must be made within three days after receiving the goods. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2.If the merchandise is damaged, shipped incorrectly, we will waive the restocking fee or provide a refund.
For any other situation,Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will charge a 20% restocking fee. Each product comes with a corresponding size chart, please read it carefully.

3.We will promptly reply upon receiving the email. We will confirm if the item can be returned and provide the return authorization number. Please contact us to obtain the return authorization number, as no returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our company. No returns or credits will be issued without an authorization number.


Shipping Policy

1.We will make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, with a shipping time of approximately 3 business days after payment.

UPS typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery.
FedEx typically takes 4-8 business days for delivery.
DHL typically takes 1-5 business days for delivery.
We process orders in the order they are received and are unable to accommodate urgent shipping requests.
3.All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are unable to expedite or prioritize specific orders.
If payment is declined/rejected, we will contact you via email or the website messaging system to confirm the payment.
4.If we do not receive a prompt response within 8 hours of receiving the message, the ordered items may be passed on to the next person in the queue.
5.If a product is out of stock, you will only receive a bill for the items that have been shipped. Unfortunately, our staff cannot make phone calls before processing your order.

Cancellation requests should be made within 8 hours of placing the order?Because we almost immediately arrange production for your order?Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
