Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Liv + Love. If you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly
accept all returns that meet our return/exchange guidelines. Please review our Return & Exchange policy below
to determine if your order is eligible for a refund or exchange. We appreciate your business and hope to work
with you again in the near future.

What is your Return Policy?
� We accept most returns within 30 calendar days of the original ship date.
� Returns packages postmarked within 7 calendar days of the original ship date will receive a full refund for
returned merchandise. Return packages postmarked between 8-30 calendar days will have a 18%
restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Any returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
� Restocking fee does not include shipping and handling fees.
� Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
� Customer is responsible for return shipping labels for any returns/exchanges.
� All returns must be received in sellable condition; in original packaging; unworn; unwashed.
� Custom orders are not eligible for a refund/exchange.
All custom orders are FINAL SALE.

What is your Exchange Policy?
� Orders are eligible for exchange within 14 calendar days of the original ship date.
� All exchanges are limited to exchanges by full packs for items of equal or lesser value. Store credit of the
difference will be applied if the item exchanged is for lesser value.
� All returned exchanges must be received in sellable condition; in original packaging; unworn; unwashed.
**Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Customers may ship items with their own choice of courier
or Liv + Love can provide a return shipping label which will be deducted from the refund amount.

How do I make a refund/exchange?
If your return/exchange meets the conditions listed above, please complete and submit the form below. Once
submitted, we�ll review it to determine if your order is eligible for return/exchange. A Liv + Love representative
will contact you with an update of your request.

How do I cancel an order?
If your order has not been confirmed on LAShowroom, you are able to cancel the order directly on the system. If
the order has been confirmed by Liv + Love Apparel, you have 24 hours after confirmation to contact us directly
by email, phone, or direct message on LAShowroom to cancel your order. If it has been more than 24 hours after
confirmation, you must submit the order for return. Please refer to our Return Policy on how to request a return.

What if I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), let us make it right. Please send us a direct message
on LAShowroom within 14 calendar days of the original ship date and provide us with a detailed explanation of your
claim.

How and when will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different
forms of payment. Your refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10
business days after your items arrive at our warehouse.


Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within five (5) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
