RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Should you wish to make a return, unless it is a sale item, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it.

We ask that the goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original packaging.
We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility.

Item must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Having the original tag
In the original package
In the same condition that you received it

If the returned product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, 30% of the original price will be deducted from the refund.

We will email to confirm when a return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 days.

Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred.
Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sale items. Exchanges will be accepted only for manufacturer defects.

EXCHANGE

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 14 days. In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will first offer a credit.
The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked.

REFUND

If you wish to receive a refund for non-sale items, eligible items need to be returned and reach us within 14 days of being received by you.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
This is outside of our control.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by the buyer when in the "Newly Placed" Status.
Once an Order is in a "Confirmed" status in FashionGo, it has been put into production and can no longer be cancelled.
We typically confirm Orders within 1-2 Business Days after the Order is placed.
