CHIC STAR Trademark has been registered in the United States (RN3602104) since April 2009 and completed international registration (RN1133277) in August 2012.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that�s not the case, request a return, and follow our Return policy. We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility.

If the returned product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, 30% of the original price will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by the buyer when in the "Newly Placed" Status. Once an Order is in a "Confirmed" status in LAShowroom, it has been put into production and can no longer be cancelled. We typically confirm Orders within 1-2 Business Days after the Order is placed.
