Return Policy

1. Returns are accepted with manufactured damage ONLY.
2. For all returns or exchanges, customer must request an RA. No returns will be accepted without a company issued RA.
3. Caribbean Queen will only accept return/exchange items within 5 days of the original delivery date that have not been worn, altered, washed or damaged by the customer for manufactured damages.
4. All sales are NOT subject to a refund. There will be NO exceptions. Exchange or store credit only.
5. No store credit will be issued for items that were received by the customer more than 15 days.
6. 30% restocking fee will be charged when items are not in original packaging.
7. Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable.
8. We do not hold merchandise over 2 days without payment.
9. Store credits are only valid for 3 months from the credit date.

Shipping Policy

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED BY THE SELECTED SHIPPING METHOD CHOSEN AT THE TIME THE ORDER WAS PLACED, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. A SINGLE ORDER MAY NOT BE SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Caribbean Queen, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
