Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. The return and exchange of non-defective items due to mind change only cannot be accepted. Only defective items can be refunded. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as the goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

The product you ordered will be shipped from the Alba Fashion warehouse in Shanghai, China. Your order will shipping by UPS or Fedex. We would like to inform you about our logistics cost calculation method, which is based on the weight and volume of the purchased items. As the total weight and volume of the purchase increase, the unit price of logistics costs decreases. Your bag order will be shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA. If you ordered a combination of apparel and bags, they will be shipped separately from different locations.

Shipping costs and delivery times:

To save you money on shipping, we usually send it by UPS, which is the cheapest shipping method. ship method option - UPS: It takes 10-12 days and costs an estimated $5 per 1LB. Ship method option - UPS 3-7day: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 days and cost is $7 per LB. Ship method option - UPS 3 day: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days and cost is $9 per LB. Your order will start shipping by UPS or Fedex within approximately 3-5 business days from the date of your order. It may be different, depending on the logistics situation, natural disaster like storm,flood, earthquake etc. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at buyoom, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
