Return Policy

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase date. The product must be in the same condition it was received with tags and bags.

Exchanges and returns are still accepted after 31 days up to 60 days but are subject to a 20% discount from purchase price.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns and exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at ASA Moda Corp, please contact us by phone. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
