B-One inc. is a wholesaler and distributor of wide range of children's clothing since 1990. We offer a wide collection of apparel for newborn babies, toddlers, little and, big kids and in different size categories. Our collection includes:

We are conveniently located in downtown Los Angeles and work with many manufacturers and suppliers which makes it easy for us to have access to unlimited inventory and with unbeatable prices. We offer our on hand inventory and collection to businesses such as kids boutique stores, bridal shops, swap meets and flea market sellers, other children's apparel retailors, and group buyers.

Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

We have a 5-business day return policy, which means you have 5 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You�ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must first be authorized. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we�ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping cost must be paid by customer and there will be a 30% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we�ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you�ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that there will be a 30% restocking fee on all undamaged or defected merchandise. In addition it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping cost is not refundable .

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. We strive to accurately indicate current stock for each product, but we do not guarantee product availability. Product availability and pricing are subject to change. Depending on availability, orders are processed & shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of full payment. Orders are shipped to one address only. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost unless it's previously arranged otherwise. Each customer is responsible for customs duty, taxes, and any fees due upon delivery.

We use UPS & USPS Standard Shipping Services
You will be updated with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.
UPS does not deliver to PO Box and military APO/FPO addresses.
We ALWAYS ship to the address provided upon checkout.

External factors beyond our control, such adverse weather conditions and the current pandemic, may cause delays to your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or refused delivery, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including any additional return shipping costs incurred.
We will not be able to reship the returned order and will deduct a restocking fee of 20% of the order's subtotal from your refund.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please only provide a physical address at which someone is ALWAYS available during regular business hours.
Please provide a work address instead of your home address if you work during the day.
If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including additional return shipping costs incurred; we will not be able to reship the returned order.
We are not responsible for any shipment or item missing, stolen, or damaged after it is marked as delivered by UPS.
In the case that your order's shipment or any part of your order is missing, stolen, or damaged after the tracking shows it has been delivered by UPS, you are responsible for filing a claim with UPS. We will not be able to reship your order or issue a refund.

If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:
We will not be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that we are not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at B-One, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
