Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as products will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.
Please contact us via MESSAGE to receive an RA#. Send pictures of the damaged item and if you received the wrong ratio, please send pictures of all six items in one picture with the size tag showing. Please make sure to ship back the return goods via UPS within 4 days of UPS label issuance. Returns that does not have any product damage are not subject to a return label.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization. We reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Any phone call cancellation requests will not be considered as cancelled.
