Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including returns of non-defective items, must be made within three days after receipt of the goods. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization, as goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Please note that to prevent fraudulent returns, we do not refund shipping costs for non-obvious quality issues, and a restocking fee of up to 30% of the merchandise value may be applied. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within four to seven business days after receiving full payment, depending on product availability. You can expect to receive your purchased products within 4 to 7 days after shipment, and if there are any delays beyond this timeframe, we will provide compensation. In the event that we need to split an order due to inventory issues, we will notify you in advance via internal messaging. Orders will be shipped using the selected shipping method chosen at the time of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that a single order cannot be shipped to multiple delivery addresses. Due to package weight restrictions, we may ship your items in multiple boxes, resulting in multiple tracking numbers. We do not accept customer-provided shipping labels or self-pickup delivery methods.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order placed with Sunblossom Designs, please contact us via phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within 24 hours after placing the order. Typically, to prevent payment fraud, we pre-authorize your funds before processing your order, and once we have started processing your order, it cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to charge a 15% handling fee for canceled merchandise. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after approval.
