Hi, I'm Jane... I gained a love from clothes through my Mom who has always had the most amazing style. I gained the love of laughter through my Dad who always had the greatest sense of humour. I gained the love of inspiring people by going through infertility and realizing we all need to remind ourselves to be kind to ourselves and do good. Once I accepted my path was not to be a Mom I found myself waffling with time on my hands; finally I bought a home and had this amazing space and started making myself my own custom clothing that I could no longer easily have shipped to me due to the Covid pandemic. Soon people asked me for their own custom items and thus Not So Plain Jane Design Co. was born to fill my days with joy. I hope you love shopping with us!

Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within five (5) - seven (7) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Not So Plain Jane, please contact us by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
