Return Policy

Please contact our customer service for ALL return requests as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 5 business days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on defective and non-defective item returns. Any merchandise that gets damaged while returning to us without packaging may also have a restocking fee applied. If more than 3 pieces of clothing from a pack is not returned in the original packaging, there may be a restocking fee applied as well. All returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving the product(s). Absolutely NO EXCHANGES and NO RETURNS on all clearance items. It is the customer�s responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange. No store credit is issued after 5 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.) Claims for any damage must be made within 3 business days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. NO RETURN ACCEPTALE FOR COVID-19 ITEM.

Cancellation Policy

Contact us immediately. we do not accept any cancellation after shipping the goods. Buyer must let us know before shipping. Buyer`s responsibility of all shipping cost and restocking fee.
