We accept returns for any quality problem or size problem also if you received a wrong style. Please ensure that all clothes and bags are intact, and remain one whole pack, we only accept return products as original condition! Also send us a return request within 7 days after delivered. LA Swan ships from both US and China, with the lowest prices and fastest shipping service. International shipping are about 5 days only. To cancel orders placed with us at LA Swan, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
