Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the FashionGo and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy.

**Upon the receipt of your items, you have 10 BUSINESS DAYS to request for returns/exchanges.
**All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.
**We WILL NOT authorize returns/exchanges after 10 business days of your purchase.
**Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please include the following in the subject line: Company Name and Invoice Number.

2. We will review your claim and send you a return form.

3. Once you receive your return form, please mail back all your returnable items to the following address:

*** Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 7 - 14 business days from the return ship date for your account to be credited and 1- 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, please inform us immediately.

Once products are SHIPPED, and you wish to cancel your order, 30% administration fees and shipping fees will be imposed.
