Return Policy

All wholesale orders are considered final unless merchandise is defective or damaged. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact "[email protected]" to initiate a return as returns will NOT be accepted or reimbursed without prior authorization from our company. Returns shipping will be at the retail buyers' expense and reimbursed monies will be exclusive of any incurred financial or handling fees.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within three (3) to four (4) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be made within the same working day that the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. Reimbursement of monies may exclude financial fees and/or handling fees incurred during transaction.
