Return Policy

At Beje Wear, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options.


Return Methods:
1) Return By USPS or UPS: For customers in the United States, the first return label for each order is provided at no cost. Each additional return label for the same order will incur a fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, you may use the provided return label (which requires a printer) or the QR code (which does not require a printer), securely attach it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at the nearest USPS or UPS location.
2) Refund or Exchange: Upon initiation of the return, you may choose to receive either a refund or an exchange. In the event of a complaint, you may upload 1-2 pictures and provide comments through our customer service portal.


Return Conditions:
1. You have 14 days from the purchase date to determine if an item is suitable for you. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition merchandise, or any merchandise that is defective, purchased on our website. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Beje Wear customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Upon approval of the return request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. You may then take your return to a parcel drop-off point and retain the receipt until the refund is processed.
3. Please note that used products, items with non-returnable marks, and free gifts are not eligible for return.
4. Returns should not be sent to the address on the package as it is not our return address and may delay the processing of your return.
5. Please take care to ensure that the products returned are from Beje Wear. We are not responsible for the return of non-Beje Wear products.


Refunds:
Upon receipt of your return package, returns will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your Beje Wear Wallet or to the original payment account, as per your request. Return shipping charges are non-refundable, as is the original shipping fee.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by the buyer when in the "Newly Placed" Status. Once an Order is in a "Confirmed" status in Lashowroom, it has been put into production and can no longer be cancelled. We typically confirm Orders within 1-2 Business Days after the Order is placed.
