Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
All merchandise must be counted and carefully inspected upon receipt. We are not responsible
for any goods altered from original delivered form

- Win Win Apparel USA does not allow returns on sale items, closeouts, special orders or private labeled items. All international sales are final. Win Win Apparel USA does not accept returns for International customers.

The buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping charges. It is your responsibility to
ensure the secure packaging of returned merchandise to prevent any damage during the
shipping process. We will not be liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any
returned merchandise during transit. Prepaid return shipping will only be provided for
defective merchandise.


Defective merchandise return

- Buyers have 7 business days after receiving order to make a return/claim on merchandise

- No refunds store credit only (case by case)

- Returns/claims of defective merchandise after the return deadlines will not be accepted. (no exceptions)

- In order to return, an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is required. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and automatically becomes property of Win Win Apparel.

- In order to request an RMA#, the buyer must email the following: invoice number, company name, style number, quantity, color, size, reason, pictures (Please refer to RMA# steps)

Non defective merchandise return

- Buyers have 7 business days after receiving order to make a return/claim on merchandise

- No refunds store credit only (no exceptions).

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees of non-defective merchandise.

- In order to return, an RA# (Return Authorization Number) is required. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and automatically becomes property of Win Win Apparel.

- In order to request an RA#, the buyer must email the following: invoice number, company name, style number, quantity, color, size, reason, pictures

- All returns on non-defective merchandise are subject to restocking fees of 20%.

- Returns of non-defective merchandise after the return deadlines will not be accepted. (no exceptions)

-The original shipping and handling cost is not refundable.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization No:
1. Send the image of the defective piece(s), po order no *as subject line, invoice number, style number, color, quantity, and size to our e-mail [email protected] and [email protected]
2. wait for our response, which is usually within 1-2 business days.
3. All damage claims must send the listed information to email only. Claims will not be settled through the phone.
4. Any incomplete or missing information will result in delays in processing the return request.
5. To expedite the return process, the RMA form with the valid RMA# must be placed inside the return package and the valid RMA# must be written on the return box.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.winwinapparelusa.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refunds. Please also note that all returns and exchanges, there will be a restocking fee. To avoid restocking fees, please consult with us prior to its arrangement.


Shipping Policy

For shipping we ship via FedEx . You are more than welcome to use your own carrier if you have one such as DHL, UPS, USPS Please note that if you are using a carrier other than FedEX you as the customer are responsible for adding a note to your order EXAMPLE: "i will provide my own shipping label" otherwise we will ship via FedEx. Once the order is ready we will email you with weight and dimensions so you can just reply with the shipping label For DHL customers we ask them to set pick up apts.
Shipping charges are based on what our FedEx software tells us plus an additional 2-4 dls for handling (at person processing discretion)

Transportation/ Consolidation:
We offer to deliver to any nearby/local transportation and or consolidation company at no cost. You as the customer are responsible for adding a note on order.
EXAMPLE: "please deliver to name of the transportation co. Otherwise we will ship to the delivery address on order.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from winwin apparel usa, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. -If an order cancelation is necessary Order must still be at warehouse in order to be considered as [Cancelation] and will be store credit ONLY no refunds No exceptions! If order has left the warehouse customer will be given an RMA STORE CREDIT and customer is responsible for shipping back as a return (please refer to return policy)

-order cancelation will result in a 20% restocking fee and no shipping or handling fees will be in store credit.
