Return Policy

All claim returns for shortages or damages material must be claimed within 5 days after receipt of delivery. All returns must be authorized by though a rep here at Very J, Inc. To request an RMA number simply email us at [email protected]. Items may not be returned for any other reason unless approved otherwise by management. Receipts must be shown as proof of purchase in order to receive store credit. Sales are not subject to a refund, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee. Late payments are subject to a one-time nonrefundable-late charge. Therefore a 10% interest fee may be applied to the total amount due. *In an event of a dispute, parties will be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of California regardless of their residence, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to collect from the other party all of its legal cost and expenses incurred therewith, including attorney's fees

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Very J, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
