T-Party is a clothing manufacturer established in year 2002.

We take pride manufacturing our garments here in Los Angeles cutting fabrics in our own warehouse by experienced cutters.

All of our garments are dyed in California after it has been sewed to provide store owners with unique look.

Our styles are designed to fit any age, body shape or ethnicity.

Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Shipping Policy

*North America
UPS is our primary freight company.
We can ship via USPS or FedEx or any other shipping methods when requested from buyer.
Please provide us with account number if you wish to use your account for shipping.
Shipping fee will be charged with an extra handling fee of $2.00 on credit card provided without any request to use account number.

*International
UPS is our primary freight company.
Please request for any other freight company when ordering.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at T- Party, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
