Return Policy

1. All sales are not subject to a refund. Only exchange or store credit will be issued.
2. If the merchandise is returned within 5 business days from the date of order delivery and is unopened with the manufacturer�s seal, there will be no restocking fee. If the return is made after 5 business days, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
3. If the package is returned in an opened condition, there will be a minimum 30% restocking fee.
4. Damage claims must be made within 2 business days upon receipt, and all items returned must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
5. No store credit will be issued after 15 days.
6. No returns will be accepted for special orders or merchandise with changed labels.
7. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise to our facility for exchange or store credit.
8. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, including but not limited to refused or unaccepted packages.
9. $25.00 charge for any returned checks.

By default, we ship all merchandise as it is ready unless the customer requests us to ship all shipments together.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on the availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. Please note that we do NOT hold any merchandise for any orders. All in-stock items ship as ready.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Strut & Bolt, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
