POLICY

1. To cancel orders, please contact us by phone at 213-763-7818.
2. Return claims must be made within 2 business days.
3. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
4. Items that are not damaged/defective will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
5. All items must be returned in the condition received.
6. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally ship within 24 hours the order is placed. Choosing expedited shipping options does not guarantee the order to be shipped out the same day. The dates for our pre order items are estimate dates and are NOT guarantee dates , they are subject to change at any time

Cancellation Policy

To cancel and order, please send us message through LAShowroom or email us to redvelvetapparel@gmail. We do not cancel orders over the phone, only through message so we can keep a record for future reference
