Return Policy

Returns/Cancelations are accepted for store credit only on items that have not been worn altered or washed. Please note that a 20% Restock fee will be charged for returned merchandise. Return and/or exchanged merchandise by mail or in store within 14 days of the date on your receipt. Please inspect all merchandise as soon as it is received. Please Note, GJG DENIM does not refund shipping and handling fees. Shipping charges on returned or exchanged products are the responsibilty of the customer. Thank you

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at GJG Jeans, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
