Return Policy

All sales are final. Other than damaged goods, there is absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges whatsoever. To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email [email protected] for your return authorization request. Please include your Invoice# in the subject line and the following information in the body.

· Company Name
· Invoice Number
· Style Number
· Size and Colors
· Quantities
· Reason for Return
· Photos of Defects or Issues

All damage and/or return claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Damaged/Returned merchandise must be mailed back to us within 1 week of the approval date. All items returned for store credit must be in the original package with all items included. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or return claims. Store credit will be issued only. Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may cover the expense for return shipping.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at GIBIU, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
