Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number.
All party dresses(ex: wedding, prom, evening, homecoming..) ordered by single piece are not returnable or exchangeable , please see the size chart and make sure the right size before order.
- In some cases, only merchandise ordered by pack size could be exchanged or store credit may be issued. . A restocking fee of up to 50% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Claims for any damage items must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. �If the package is returned in unopened condition by any other reason, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within 1- 2 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping address.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at G1K, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
