Return Policy

We're always more than happy to accept returns and exchanges on most products. However, for health reasons, there are some items we do not accept returns or exchanges for. These items include panties, lingerie, and any hosiery that isn't crotchless. Shapewear cannot be returned, but CAN be exchanged for a different size (if in original condition) no more than 10 days of delivery date.
OTHER ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF DAMAGED OR DEFECTED.

Orders are generally shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of order depending on availability of goods.
NOTE : IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ORDER TO BE SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY, A MEMO MUST BE MADE ON COMMENT BOX OR YOU MUST CONTACT OR CUSTOMER SERVICES REPS. BE MINDFUL IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AFTER 12:00 PM PST IT IS NOT GUARANTEED IT WILL SHIP THAT SAME DAY

*Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made.

A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
*Total on purchase order does not includes shipping and a handling fee of 3.5% , which are NON- refundable under any circumstances.
NOTE: UPS account holders are still subject to a handling fee
*Any other shipping method other than UPS Ground (3-7 business days) can be chosen with approval. Please contact vendor.
*Return Labels are subject to a $10 fee MINIMUM. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fess for returns, no matter cost.

We charge a 3.5% handling fee for all orders.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us in LAShowroom.com, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.

The fact that we sell in Lashowroom mean we have to meet the privacy policies of another vendors.
