Return Policy

Claims for any damage must be made written notice within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise by e-mail to [email protected] with photos of damaged items. This claims are only for exchange or store credit.
Accessories(Zipper, Buttons etc.) belongs to the clothing must be checked out and request in two days if there is any problem. Any damaged returns by the end user (consumer) can not accepted. Cy Fashion will decide after review the photos.
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise are returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal. All returns must be approved by the CY FASHION before send back to CY FASHION.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
Absolutely no store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
$35.00 charge for any returned checks.
The price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees.
The shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

We cannot accept items that are not in the original condition. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged. Also, all tags and packaging must be attached and included. We do not offer refunds. We do, however, offer exchange or online store credit, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of 100% full payment by credit card and depending on availability of goods. Provide us right credit card information to ship out without any delays. Customer's pay shipping and handling. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method(UPS, USP or deliver to local logistics with $3.00 extra charge in one mile range from CY Fashion location) chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. All returns from outside of United States will be applied same policy as our current policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notice must be made in same day of placed an order before 2:00 pm pacific time.
Otherwise shipping cost will be charged to the customers.
