Return Policy

-PLEASE CHECK IMMEDIATELY. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
-NO RETURNS REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION
-NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RA NUMBER AND/OR LABEL.
-PAYMENT SUBJECT TO TERMS ON ORDER AND INVOICE
-SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NON REFUNDABLE
-RETURNED MERCHANDISE ARE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Chocolate USA, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
