Return Policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AND EXCHANGE EXCEPT MANUFACTURER DAMAGES.
All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
All sale items are final sale, no return & exchange.

It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
Any return and exchange need to be notified within 14 days of invoice date. Any return and exchange need to be approved before sending the merchandise.
No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
Claims for any damage must be made within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
All discounted items are not returnable.

Shipping Policy

* When we received the order, we pre-authorize with estimated shipping cost to all shipping orders. Once we are ready to ship, we capture the final payment with actual shipping cost.
* PLEASE ADVISED THAT OUR DEFAULT SHIPPING REQUIRES "SIGNATURE REQUIRED". IF CUSTOMER WANTS TO REMOVE THIS OPTION, WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES.
* We do not ship via USPS

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at BANJUL, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
