Available is wholesale manufacturer of young contemporary fashion. We are constantly working to keep up with our customer demands and receive new merchandise on a weekly basis.

Return Policy

1 All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fees are final.
2 A return will only be accepted if the merchandise is returned within 7 days in unopened condition with it's original packaging.
3 Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items must be in the original packaging with all parts included. In this case, store credit will be issued.
4 It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
5 If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee. A 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Available, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
