Hi there! We're Chris & Carol, a family-owned women's wholesale brand located in sunny Los Angeles. We were founded in 2009 by a husband and wife who named their business after their daughters, Christine and Caroline, and we all run the business together as a family today!

We are your go-to clothing vendor for timeless basics and wearable trends. Everyone in the family has a hand in the process from fabric sourcing, to design, to shipping. We work with an amazing team here at Chris & Carol, and we all love what we do!

Return Policy

Please check immediately. In general, all sales are considered final. Only damaged or defective items will be accepted for return authorizations. All claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Once the items are received and inspected, we will credit you accordingly and give you store credit towards a future order placed with Chris & Carol. You will be responsible for the shipping charge unless the items are defective in error of Chris & Carol apparel. To receive an RA number, please contact us at 323 685 8787.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - two (2) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. Payment information must be provided before shipping. Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Chris & Carol, please contact us by phone. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the cancelled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
